Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had a very terrible experience at this location. The manager Kennedy Williams was extremely rude and should not be a manager at this store or any place. Thanks to her i have a no trespass at this location all because I asked her not to speak to me in that tone bc i am a paying customer and i should be treated with respect. I was told to leave if i dont like it. Maybe i should have but i came there to get dinner for my family. If dont like her job she should not work in customer service.
They don’t know how to make a sub the right way. Luckily the brand jersey Mike is solid and the ingredients are but these ppl are turning sub making into calculus bc people in the south do not get it. You need to send down northern ppl to train these ppl

Right after I entered the establishment, a rather disgruntled employee was flipping the bird to her fellow co workers as she was exiting. I shoulda known then and there. But alas I proceeded to place my order with a young lady who immediately began complaining out loud regarding her lack of a proper break time; however, before she could elaborate further, another staff member emerged out of the kitchen irately screaming the following: “I don’t give a f— about sandwiches! All these people can go home or go somewhere else!”Still can’t believe that I didn’t take her advice! I pondered walking out, but I’m too nice—purchased my sandwich, left the minimum tip, and got the hell out of there. Never to return btw.P.S. I’m assuming proper management/ownership was not on site.
