Moe's Southwest Grill - Beaufort County

Greeted at the door with Welcome to Moe 's . They are newly renovated and it looks amazing. I am never disappointed here in Bluffton. The service is fast and friendly. It is clean and organized. I highly recommend this location! Great job, team. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

TL/DR: The new interior is horrible and has made the place cold and unwelcoming. The service and food quality represented this change.Been in the area for four years now, and since the beginning I've been visiting this Moe's. I've eaten here countless times, and each time it was fairly great. The food was always fresh and tasty, the service and atmosphere was always welcoming, and I never left unsatisfied. However, that Moe's is gone. What stands in it's place now is a soulless, corporate replacement. The vibe is just super off and unwelcoming. For the first time ever, I had a totally lackluster experience. The food wasn't fresh, the service was meh, and I left genuinely disappointed. I will mourn the Moe's I once knew, and have to get my Monday burrito-bowls somewhere else now.

This has been a five-star Moes location to visit for over the past 3 years!! Consecutive with cleanliness, customer service, food quality, and meal preparation!! Always a pleasure to have a meal at this Moes!! All the employees take excellent care of their customers and the line goes quickly. On some visits you may be surprised to see the “dream team” working smoothly and flawless to make each meal fresh for all visitors! I appreciate all the employees at this location you can tell a well managed, clean, sanitized, happy place when you see one!! Thanks so much!! Wow, Moe's has gotten expensive. It was $69 for a family of four to eat. I can understand why this chain is closing many locations. $2.50 extra up charge for white meat chicken? Combine that with an absolutely filthy restaurant and staff that barely acknowledge customers due to being engaged in staff conversations. This chain has really lost its mojo. If you're charging these prices you must provide an experience.
