Cool J's Premium Water Ice - Bear

This place promotes teachers, moonlighting as comedians, that brag about indoctrinating their students and wasting taxpayer money. Not a family friendly establishment and I wouldn’t bring my kids here whether she is performing or not.

Slow service not a smile a had y I wait a long time for an an iced coffee that didn’t taste like coffee. Do not recommend

I love this lil spot. My mom lives in Delaware and I was there visiting. It's black owned which I love. They was so nice to us. We got Gelatos which we was craving for and it hit the spot. Definitely going back when I visit again

Nice space, family owned and operated. great location. cookie sandwich made upon order which was so cool. my girls loveddddd the water ice. my husband went back for more the same day. we will be back!!!!! ??

By far some of the best water ice I have had in a very long time. It's my favorite dessert, and Cool J's is totally worth my trip there. I'll definitely be going back.
