Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Bear

In capriotti's order a homemade turkey sandwich. I gave the guy the instructions on how exactly I wanted my sandwich to be made. When I came home, the sandwich was dry, not a Mayo. I just said I didn't want any onions. I got my sandwich at dinner. I couldn't finish it.

I?d reads the website and sign in the door at 8 then I should order by phone or enter the store until 8! If you want to close at 7, this is good, but stop advertising you? to 8!

I loved Capriotti sandwiches, but the taste went on the hill and the service is terrible. I ordered two subs at 6:30, the guy told me 15 minutes. I'm here at 7:00, the door is locked, and the guy standing there just left. I just wanted to tell him I ordered the phone and wanted to pay for my stuff. The shield says closed at 8 o'clock if this is the service I get from this place, no thanks. I even tried another place, just terrible service. If my money is not appreciated, it should be appreciated, others were smh

Today I visited a Capriotti sandwich shop in Heden Square at 17.30. At the entrance I was greeted immediately and helped with pleasant haste. Although the greeting was very nice at the entrance. The food itself left me a little restless. I ordered a Chicken Chipotle Crunch and I was excited for the moment I would go down. Sadly, when I started, I realized that the chicken was so irregularly distributed on the sandwich at one point that I pure veggies and you can imagine my disappointment when I realized that there was no ketchup good for my taste buds anyway. The cook assured me he added it. Finally I said okay you're lucky that the big employees go getter attitude and dessert are there or they are in some trouble

I had an order that I paid with a card and when I saw the transaction update I realized they took it upon themselves to tip themselves 3$! This is after my total was already 46$. I have never in my life experienced this and it is quite frustrating that i have to go thru a dispute with my bank to get the unauthorized tip back. I have no problem with tipping for great service but what i do have a problem with is my money being taken without asking. I will never return and will tell everyone i encounter about my experience here.
