Buffalo Wild Wings - Bear

I experienced the worst service imaginable at this Buffalo wing restaurant. We waited over 40 minutes without even being asked for our drink orders. It was so long that we became frustrated and left the table. I will never return to this place again. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

The wings, pizza, and beer were decent, but the service was disappointing. We experienced missed orders, items that weren’t even requested, and it took us 2.5 hours to get our wings and pizza. It would have been helpful if the other servers had assisted us more.

We visited Buffalo Wild Wings and waited at our table for 15 minutes without anyone coming to assist us. All the employees seemed distracted, as they were on their phones and moving around without addressing us. The lobby wasn't busy, so this was quite disappointing. I have no intention of returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings.

Worst BWW in Delaware. Eating cold, tastes as different as other BWW. Definitely 100% down some years ago. The waiter tried so hard, just had no help

Excellent service and food as usual. We were planning on eating at a different restaurant but after being ignored by the waitstaff we came here. Always pleased with service and quality of the food. If you haven't tried the buffalo chicken tots app it is the perfect balance of crunchy, tangy, and spicy!
