Subway - Beachwood

Employees are somewhat friendly, but,they have a tendency to speak in a non English language in the presence of customers. Also, they solicit/request a tip, most of the time that is far beyond a customary 20 percent tip. I don't ask for pricing and I am not sure if I'm being charged the standard price since I think all Subway shops charge the same price in the local area. Enough said!

Don't like to give courtesy water I work in the plaza I also eat there so when I come to ask for water one of the lady's told me( I can't come get water everyday ?I'm a diabetic and need water ?I will not return

Limit coupon use to basic subs. Not very customer friendly.

This is the smallest salad that I have ever seen. It cost me $16.00. Don’t waist you time or money at this subway.

My online order is always ready and accurate. Unlike other subways, the bread is always cooked well and fresh.
