Just a simple juicy burger mmm mmm. With angus, you can definitelytell the difference in taste and texture of the meat. I really liked it and will definitely be back. I also got a cheese crinklefry that was good too. Makes me wanna try a shake, now I gotta reason to go back lol
I can only talk about the shakes because it's all we had, but I was super impressed. I got the seasonal pumpkin shake and he got the apple donut? I think that's what it's called, anyway his really did taste like a donut it was so good. And I'm a huge fan ofanything pumpkin, it was neat to see they put pumpkin seeds on the top. The apple shake was sweeter while the pumpkin wasn't assweet, but that's how I liked it. I asked for the smallest size and the smallest is actually kind of big ???? I wonder what alarge looks like. 2 small shakes ran about $12 but very worth it. We had our dog and we were more than welcome to sit on thepatio outside with her, but we chose the seating a short walk down the sidewalk.
The good: It is close to University Hospitals and is located in the Pinecrest Shopping mall, which is an absolute dream on a sunny day, especially with the option for outdoor dining. The inside is new and clean. Employees were all working, seemingly asa team. The atmosphere is definitely not that of a fast food place and while the menu only jas options one would expect of fastfood, it is kicked up a notch. We ordered online. Our food was ready faster than expected. I was thrilled to have the option ofa gluten-free bun, though there were no other gluten-free options since the fries, shakes, etc were all labeled in the menu ashaving gluten. When we received our order, both my gluten-free and my wife?s gluten-containing were packed open on one side andtogether in the same bag with the gluten-containing fries. Further the burgers BUT WERE NOT LABELED. We were dining in therestaurant, but if we had picked up to go, I would have no way of knowing which was mine. The burger was very tasty, though abit salty. Overall, the price for the quality was the best value in Cleveland. There was also a sticker across the top of eachdrink that was very difficult to remove and the residue covered the whole for the straw. The order summary with my name andphone number displayed prominently on the outside of the bag peeled off without leaving a mark. Lastly, and I know this isn'ttheir fault, but worth the mention, the parking is awful. There are two handicapped spots in front of their door. Those beingtaken, the remaining spots are impossible to navigate with a wheelchair and require you to ride on the street side of parkedcars for over a block in order to get to a cutout.
I love this place! The ingredients are pretty basic so managing allergies is simple. There's also a full downloadable allergen pdf guide available from their website. I've never had a bag order from here. Coke products available. Plenty of outdoorseating. As for accessibility, there is a low curb from the road and low threshold to get into the push/pull door. Restroomsclaim to be accessible but I can not verify as I do not use those features. There is a low threshold to get to the outdoordining from inside the store, but getting to the outdoor seating using the outside gate would be difficult. All in all, I highlyrecommend this place!
Hands down the best chicken sandwich out there. Always comes out hot with the best sauce. And the fries are also hot and crispy when they come out. Will go out of my way to find a shake shack.
