Bruegger's Bagels - Beachwood

I really think this place is not able to get orders right. I've been eating religious bruggers for the last year. The bagels always taste good, but my problem is that almost every time I go my order is wrong. I asked for a roasted all bagel and I received a simple bagel that was immaculate. I asked for an ice-skating and cheese and got a bacon egg and cheese. I don't know why it's so difficult for the bagelmakers to do that right, but it has made my experience in this facility sour

Mostly to get out now, but the bagels are always good every time of the day. Get some extra napkins and you are all set.

Don 't go here. If you like poor customer service, then this place is for you. First, the curbside pick-up did not work because of a malfunction in their app. My husband had to go into the store to get the order. When we got home, we realized that the store forgot to give us an item (onion chive cream cheese tub). My husband called the store and told them of the error. He was given two options by the assistant store manager which was to come back to the store for the item or come back to the store and swipe his card for a refund without receiving the item. He was told that an in-store credit for a future order was not an option nor was a refund through the app an option. With these limited options, really the only thing that could be done was to come back to the store or forget it altogether. He told them that we were too far out at this point and coming back to the store would be an additional expense on our end especially since it was their error in getting the order wrong. He offered to come back to the store to get the cream cheese tub but asked also to get comped for the cream cheese tub since we were using our gas and time to come back (Let 's face it, gas isn 't cheap right now). At this point, the assistant store manager (and I kid you not) said Well, I just think that 'd be doing too much. How is it our fault that Bruegger 's Bagels got the order wrong AND did not have literally any other option except to physically come back to the store? The customer service here is really lacking!!! We will not be visiting this store again and want to let everyone else know to proceed with extreme caution. If they get your order correct, then great! If they do not get your order correct, then be ready to waste your gas and be met with some real bad attitudes. You have been warned.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Lost of different varieties of bagels. Ordered the smoked salmon with cream cheese and it was delicious. The coffee is fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this place.
