Przekaż informację zwrotnąI go to Red Lobster for their biscuits mainly. The seafood dish I had was pretty good. I had a taste for Lobster, so I was able to get Salmon, grilled Shrimp and Lobster. Dessert Chocolate cake, not bad for chocolate lovers. They need more servers around 4pm during the week.
Visited this restaurant on 5/21/22 9:00 PM. My waiter named Patty was not catering at all. We had to ask multiple servers for lime and they would reply saying they will inform my waiter yet no one ever came. They were several staff there and no one asked us to refill our drinks nor to pick up the plates from our table that we were done with.
I ordered food to go. The food was terrible! Frozen food from a grocery store is better with more flavor sadly. The pasta was dry and tasteless, the fried shrimp was gross, I have had frozen boxed shrimp that was way better. I haven’t had Red Lobster in a while and was super disappointed and instantly regretted spending $64! I could have gone across the freeway to Cheddars for good food and probably spent less Never again!
The service when we entered was very uninterested in us the both where we were seated was dirty the food was cold and the butter for my snow crab legs was unsalted butter so the food had no flavor also the muscles was not soupy it was thick and dry very bad my Arnold palmer was like dirty faucet water it made my stomach hurt the restroom was dirty and hardly any toilet paper just very disappointed with this location it was gross it was very bad. The waitress she was nice. to bad the location was not also they forgot to give me my side and didn't even bother to discount it off my ticket never going to this location again....
I'm sorry to say that this was the worst service I've ever received throughout my life. It wasn't busy, they were just a few tables and at least four waitresses. Our waitress wasn't even attentive. 30 minutes between the time she would check on us, and that was just because we would ask her to stop another waitress. She would disappear for another half hour or more while we waited for what we had asked her for when we asked her for help. We were there more than 2 1/2 hours. I complained that the dressing was bubbly and tasted sour and I was told that it was a new dress that everyone had complained about it. I'm sorry Dressing wasn't good! We had to delete our own plates on another table that was full of dishes because we couldn't move around our table and the waitress hadn't punished. We were not the only ones that were upset there. The other moors in the restaurant were also upset. Had to stand up and get our own napkins and walk plates. And then we had to wait 20 minutes to check out. We told the waitress that we had to split them up, and she said that we didn't tell her that I first told her that she had asked and she had a stance with me, told me that I wasn't even there when she had taken part in the table and I was starting the moment she took our drink job. It only shows how much she had looked at our table. We had ordered a juice for the baby and waited almost an hour before he got his drink. She made the kitchen responsible. And I told her who has the responsibility to get our drinks, and she said she was like, I don't understand how she blames it on the kitchen. I'm sorry, but I was previously a server, and even if the restaurant was packed and substaffed you not only mind your table do your best to visit them while they wait, you have no attitude with them and you don't disappear. I don't think I'll ever go back to the red lobster.
