This place is usually super busy, but the manager I think it is great and the staff do the best when they are in the rush

The area has gone a little. When placing on order, the Intercom does not work and you need to order in the window. This means that it takes longer to get your order when more than two people are in the line. Food tasted good and the staff did what they had with what they had.

Worst experience. Rude cash girl. I asked for a big tea and they said they had none and still accused for big drinks I told her about the charges, and she told me nothing, just put a dollar in my hand and went away. I also noticed that there are large cups u can see them on the window. Just terrible service. If she doesn't like her job, she should make better decisions. She was big brunette maybe Hispanic-idk..

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!! I’ve ordered multiple times from here throughout the years and they’ve literally never one single time got my order correct! The food is stale oftentimes and the staff is rude and dismissive! I ordered 20 minutes in advance today and still waited in the lobby for 15 minutes after I showed up, and I was the ONLY person there!!! Yet they still “forgot” half of my order! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! Chose ANOTHER LOCATION

Very unprofessional, they work in a slow motion. I once placed an order in the drive thru because the lobby was closed, and after over 25 minutes waiting as instructed at the parking lot next to the restaurant nobody brought my food, so I went walking to the window, they told me Oh your order is not available right now, and they asked me if I wish to replace it with something else!! I will never step a foot in this restaurant.
