Pizza Hut - Baytown

I am always pleased with the quality of their food and service. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though I have two Pizza Huts within walking distance, I choose to come here instead, solely because of their excellent service.

I had the best pepperoni pizza waiting for me when I arrived. Angel was really helpful, making sure I had plenty of cheese, peppers, napkins, and a cardboard box. It was an excellent experience! The only downside was that they were out of fries, which my family also enjoys.

In the past five years of ordering from this Pizza Hut, I've only encountered one issue, and to my surprise, it was with the manager/owner, who provided poor customer service. Aside from that negative experience, I give this place five stars for always being punctual and delivering hot food exactly as I ordered.
