Papa Johns Pizza - Baytown

I came to pick up my order at 10:30 PM, but the store doesn't close until 11:00 PM. I noticed employees sitting in the back, but they refused to open the door or answer the phone! The service was terrible, and I didn't receive my food!

I had never tried Papa John's before, but my wife wanted some, so I placed an order over the phone, including some wings. I was informed it would take about 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived half an hour later, only to be met by a rather dismissive staff member at the register who told me it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. It turns out I had called a call center, and they receive the orders 15 to 30 minutes later. Needless to say, I left without my order, and I have no intention of ordering from Papa John's again.

I ordered a delicious Italian sausage pizza while in the hospital, and the delivery was excellent. However, I received a pizza with paprika instead, which I’m not a fan of. I hope that next time, my order will be correct.

Excellent customer service, fast delivery, my order is always right, the store is clean when I run this is my #1 go for pizza.

I clearly called ahead and asked do you have gluten free crust at the Baytown location, yes we do I place the order and waited 20 min just to get a cancelled order email when I check the status of my order when I’m in the parking lot. The previous time I ordered delivery and I got someone else’s order and I left a tip, the driver came back to pick up the wrong food and then I get a call saying we don’t have gluten free call ahead next time. So I waited a hour to get no pizza and tipped 8 bucks for nothing. This place is ran by idiots taking my business elsewhere.
