This McDonald's has to hire more workers or close at 9 a.m. because the service here is terrible. It began with them to get my order wrong, which I corrected in the second window. I waited in the reserve line for my food for 15 minutes after I called twice just to talk to someone who said that the food comes, what was a lie, because it took another 8 minutes to get. I understand his fast food, but this place completely missed the brand. Definitely will not be back in the night hours because they move too slowly. Please do a better job!
I was here tonight with my friend and my little brother. It took 20 minutes to get my food!!! And it wasn’t even “hot” it felt like it was sitting there. Then I go to Sauce asking, and the staff just looked at me 3-5 minutes to get attention to my sauces!! (Who I ordered!!!!) and they are just rude!! The lady threw the sauce in my hands!! And you shouldn't be so SLOWWW. I don't recommend it.
We paid for two frozen drinks and was really disappointed that it wasn’t what we asked for. My husband told the girl in the drive thru that it’s all watery and she just told us to have a nice day.
Mobile ordering is suppose to be faster and more convenient. Ordered a happy meal 20 minutes ago and we’re still waiting for it. Edited to add they finally brought out a happy meal and there was something missing. In 25 minutes they can’t manage to put 4 things in a box.
