Jack In The Box - Baytown

I ordered a small and medium curley fries and 4 tacos repeated the order 2 times should of been enough. The fries and tacos were not hot and disgusting for paying money on a incomplete order. They do more talking among themselves than customers!! I love 7 minutes away and it is not as good as the Baytown location

The manager today (in a redish button up) tried to lie about the root fries just needing jalapeños to make them the spicy ones, which it wasn't just the jalapeños, they were the regular ones when I pointed out that I had got them the night before indicating that I KNEW what it should have looked like (red sauce, jalapeños, cheese) the whole order of root fries was wrong...she snatched the bag off the counter and tossed it and made an annoyed face.....absolutely unacceptable from someone in her position. Then to top it all off when I initially placed the order through drive through.....whoever took the order was rude this jack in the box is usually somewhat decent service but today.....that manager was not having a good day. Honestly, the employees there should definitely fix their attitudes, it's always something there.... I know I ain't the only one who complains about this...just saying....... no, I wasn't rude in anyway shape or form......

They were timely with the food, but it was poorly prepared. I ordered the jumbo breakfast platter and the eggs tasted like hamburger Grease, and the pancakes were barely warm. The grande sausage burrito was messily made we were trying to eat on the go but with the eggs and cheese oozing out the side it wasn't possible. When he finally bit into it it had the same hamburger Grease flavor. We tried giving it to our dog, but Even she wasn't impressed. I'm not being mean I'm just being honest. Sorry Jack, but this visit was a fail.

Eat here for the first time. The sweet man who took our order was friendly and patient with us in the Drive-Thru. The food was hot and fresh.

15 years I stopped here a few times a month. The difference here is people! I arrived early. The lobby was not open yet. I parked and wanted to wait. Two employees came out and asked if they could help me. I told them I'm waiting for an employee. In a few minutes they returned to my truck with a cup of coffee. This is customer service! GREAT WORK Women! See you in a week!
