Firehouse Subs Baytown

The place always has an open light. So it's about getting inside to see if they're open or not. The staff, are in slides and regular clothing. Sometimes you're never too sure they work there or not. Sanitation is mediocre. The bathrooms need attention. However, food is good and fresh on order. Please correct these little concerns.

Must be 1 the worst sandwich place I jerrrrr!!!! I wanted to cook myself. I'm not trying to be critical where you can eat. this firehouse sub-sandwich. should be Burnt To GRUND!!!! I just want to get the town's bodies out. PS.I has a bad rating to give!!!

I've been going to this place for a few years. A few months ago I got a sandwich here, and it was so bad that it felt apart. That never happened. I went back last week (October/2022), and the same happened, a soggy sandwich, which also had a day old bread taste. They never have anything to drink in their Freestyle Coke machine, and this time they had no ice in the machine, and they were made of tea. I really hate to see what's happening here because I really loved the sandwiches. It's going downhill.

The older guy who has been there for a long time and who I suspect was the manager was on the phone all the time when I was there to leave the newer guy alone to help 3 different people totaling 6 sandwiches. I didn't ask for a pickle because it always sucks the bread in pimple juice that I can't stand, and they gave me pimples with both sandwiches that both dipped with pimple juice. they hardly put meat on it and it was best room temperature. I was the first to order from the 3 of us there and got my food last and it took like 15 minutes after being said it would take like 5 minutes. Terrible place for food and it was dirty as they did not clean it in a few days. Find somewhere else to eat because you? ll just be disappointed what you get.

Italian sub was wet and bread all soggy. Couldn't finish bc it fell apart. The meat was too sweet tasting like it was bad. Tomatoes sliced too thin and onions too thick. Not enough lettuce. Just worst sub ever.
