Chili's Grill Bar Baytown

As always, Chili's, hate em' or love em'. We always get the same great food and service, no matter what city or state we are. Not high, just comfortable where they are. Easy and fast. Fajitas with beef, chicken and shrimp is perfect to share, and still have remains.

This place was one of the best I had. Clean, friendly and the food was fresh, delicious and hot! He reminded me why Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants. We moved from the southwest of Houston and used to go to Missouri City and they were terrible. So glad that this place knows how to work properly!

Yesterday, we went out to dinner and our waitress, Brooke, really impressed us. I mentioned that I was a vegan, and she made sure I didn't consume anything that wasn't suitable for vegans. She went above and beyond to check if the Bean Burger Patty contained egg. I was grateful for her attentiveness and care. Ultimately, we decided not to eat at that restaurant and went elsewhere. Thank you, Brooke, for your exceptional service. You are a wonderful and remarkable young lady. Best wishes to you and your family!

Many employees are not very willing to go above and beyond in their jobs. During my son's fiancé's son's 10th birthday celebration at this restaurant, I asked two employees if they could sing him happy birthday. They seemed hesitant at first, but eventually the host came back to our table and explained that they typically don't do that due to potential disturbance to other customers. Despite this, after some discussion, our waitress and two other employees surprised us by singing happy birthday to the boy, much to his delight. It was heartwarming to see their efforts to make his birthday extra special. Thank you for the sweet gesture.

I had lunch at this restaurant yesterday. We had to wait at the door as there was no hostess in sight, so we sat at the bar. There were only a few other customers sitting there. The service was not up to par, but the food was good. I cannot give a 5-star rating when the service could have been better. The restaurant was not busy enough to warrant such subpar service.
