Chili's Grill - Baytown

I was really hoping for something different, but I ended up ordering a bacon burger. It seemed like it was rushed and undercooked!

We waited nearly an hour for our food, and our server appeared irritated every time we inquired about it. Unfortunately, we were running late for our plans because of the long wait after placing our order. When our food finally arrived, half of it was incorrect, but we chose not to complain since we were already behind schedule.

Told the waitress no mustard no pepper it was a food allergy for someone at our table mustard came in the burger we alerted the host to get her and she had the nerve to come up and tell us you didn't say you did not want mustard. She did not seem to careshe made this person very sick all night long.

I ordered the smokehouse combo and opted to pay extra for ribs. When my food finally arrived, the presentation was underwhelming, to say the least. The only item that looked appetizing was the street corn. I only managed a couple of bites of the ribs before deciding to take them home and try to salvage them, considering I paid extra for them. Additionally, it took a long time to get our bill. If this Chili's reflects the current state of the chain, I won’t be returning and will even delete the Chili's app from my phone. I can easily find cheaper options for a disappointing evening out. Thank you, but no thanks.

This location was one of the best I've been to. Clean, friendly, and the food was fresh, delicious and hot! This one made me remember why Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants. We moved from the Southwest of Houston and use to go to the one locatedin Missouri City and they were awful. So glad this location knows how to function properly!
