The other places taste like their bagels could be prepackaged or purchased at a supermarket, but these are the real deal—absolutely delicious. The prices are quite reasonable as well! I highly recommend it and suggest you ignore the negative reviews from those quick to complain just because they didn’t get a napkin. Give it a try for yourself!
I was initially excited to have a bagel shop nearby, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. After getting some bagels, I came home only to find that my order of two Egg Everything bagels with lox cream cheese turned out to be just plain bagels. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes just to have someone come to the register and take my order, only for them to mess it up. This also meant the next customer had to wait 20 minutes to be served. It's simply ridiculous. According to my friends, Peter's Hot Bagel is a much better option! They say the customer service there is excellent, and they always get your order right!
I’m not sure where to begin. I placed the same order four times, and in the end, it was still incorrect. The cashier seemed clueless, and no one offered assistance. The table was dirty, the service was practically nonexistent, and I’m sure there are much better bagels out there. I’m sorry, but you’ll need to put in a lot of effort to improve as a business. Courtesy and respect should be a priority for both customers and staff, but unfortunately, that’s lacking here.
When you order something you have to write in the description the order otherwise the can't get it right. Been an on going issue with the store but the bagels are good. Don't expect them to know what cutting them in half Is. It's more like 3/4 and 1/4 cuts. It's the same service in the store. 1 person I lost and everyone else just standing around doing nothing.
Take your business else where. 1 star is generous for this place. Employees are incredibly rude. I ordered a simple bagel with butter and iced coffee. $10! A single bagel is $1.75 and then to add butter is $3.25. An almost $2 up charge for butter is absolutely absurd. I’ll never come here again. The little spot next to the train (literally right next to) is significantly cheaper, taste better, and the employees are super sweet.
