Pizza Hut - Bayou La Batre

The pizza and 12 wings cost $50, but they wanted to charge extra for ranch even though it wasn't included with the wings. It felt like a scam. Additionally, the service from the lady was rude.

I entered the restaurant and attempted to place an order, but they were only allowing customers to stand at the counter without taking their orders. Despite knowing exactly what I wanted, the staff was unable to assist me so I ended up going through the drive-thru. It was clear that there were not enough employees working there.

I have had both positive and negative experiences at this Pizza Hut. Overall, it is not too bad.

Order is always ready by the time yhey say it is ready. Very friendly staff and always quick to acknowledge when you are first walking in or pulling up to the drive thru window.

My order was ready when I arrived! My food was the perfect temperature and the presentation was awesome. The crust was perfectly golden. Chance made my experience very easy! He seemed to really care to resolve my issue, even though it was my fault I didn’t add toppings.
