Flame Indian Grill - Bayonne

I have to admit I was so surprised by the quality of the food. I had the samosa chaat and didn't know what to expect but I fell in love with it immediately. The balance of spice and sweetness is unbelievable. The crunch of the onion on top added to the texture. The waitress recommended the Indian coffee and I absolutely loved that too. I can see they're trying so hard to get more customers because it is often empty in there but I can't, for the life of me, figure out why because their food is absolutely ridiculous. I strongly recommend this place to anyone craving Indian food in the Bayonne area. I would have added photos but I ate the food so fast that I couldn't.

Stopped in for lunch with my fiancé today and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food! Great portion sizes, friendly service, and laid back atmosphere. Had the masala dosa, which was delicious, and a refreshing mango lassi. Would definitely recommend come again!
