Ciudad Coffee & Bar - Baybay

Ciudad is a coffee bar/restaurant that is open from breakfast to late night. Their breakfast options are decent, with nice pancakes and sometimes variable bacon. They are one of the few places in Baybay that consistently offers American style bacon. The lunch and dinner menu features a variety of pasta dishes, burgers, and pizzas that are quite satisfying. The main issue is that some items may not be available as ingredients need to be imported. The coffee is good and the blended drinks, such as the frozen cappuccino and buko pandan shake, are tasty. The staff is friendly, but service can be slow, especially during busy times. Ciudad is also adding an outdoor dining area with live music at night, although it is unclear when this occurs. On our last visit, a small band was performing.

The coffee at this restaurant is excellent, and the food is also good. I especially enjoyed their Buffalo wings. The location is nice, the service is good, and the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable.

The food and coffee at this restaurant are delicious. However, the service is slow, as the meals are brought out one at a time as they are cooked. This means you cannot eat together unless you want your food to get cold. When you criticize the service, all you get is "The Famous Philippines - I'm sorry, sir."

Just as good as it was last year when I was here. Loved the burgers and breakfast. Thanks Guys! Look forward to returning here again next year!

We ate at Ciudad's many times during out two week stay in Baybay. They have a combination of local food (chicken and rice, etc.) and a little american type food. They have good american style coffee and even some apple pie. The place is VERY clean everywhere, and the service was fast and friendly. The prices are mid-range for Baybay, but much less expensive than in the US.
