Pizza Hut - Bay Village

I really don’t understand how Pizza Hut is still in business. The pizza was tough and unappetizing.

I spent an hour and seven minutes on the phone after placing my order and providing my card information, only to be transferred to four different people who each asked for my order again. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told that they were in a call center and needed to transfer me to the store to talk to a manager. This experience was completely unacceptable.

I'm really frustrated right now. I placed an order for New York food at 9:45 PM and was told it would arrive by 10:30 PM. I ended up being transferred to customer care multiple times just before they closed at midnight. The only line available was their after-hours support. Eventually, I had to cancel my order.

I ordered the big new yorker double pepp and it appeared to be unacceptably old. Barely warm and dried out. Maybe avoid things that would be easy to premake. If I wanted premade garbage, I would have went to the pizza company that advertises premade garbage.

The Fairview Park Pizza Hut is at the best it has ever been food and taste wise.. Better people and friendlier, atmosphere..
