583 Bistro - Bay Village

We love this restaurant, this being about our 5th visit! Some stand outs for us are the salads, all of them are prepared with very fresh greens, whatever the salad is made with, never over dressed. The Tuna appetizer is also wonderful and very reasonably priced. We’ve had most of the entrees, all were good, they seem to do the meat dishes especially well. The donut dessert is not to be missed and the wine is varied and reasonably priced. It’s a hidden gem in Bay Village.

What a surprise in Bay Village! The food was great, service with a smile and it was bright and cheerful. Great art on the walls and conducive to conversation. We will return.

Our dinner at 583 bistro was a pleasant surprise. the inconceivable outer gave a way to a delicious meal with excellent service. from the reduced happy hour drinks to the hummus with naan, freshly made salads and rees of homemade pasta, which delight my palate with taste and perfectly sawed scallops, it was a pleasant evening and russ was the perfect host and guide through our meal! my highest compliments!

We went to this place, based on reviews, but were disappointed. for beginners it was empty on a Saturday night at 19 o'clock. the service was extremely slow, especially since nobody was there. the appetizers were not good. we had muddles that were huge and chewing and left uneaten. pasta should be fresh and made in the house. it was from a box and far from fresh. all eating was extremely salty and the water was not filled. we will not be back and do not recommend.
