I'm not sure if Alexandra is the manager, but she certainly should be recognized for her fantastic service. Not only did she check the machine for me, but she also confirmed that it was flat and swiftly switched to a fresh supply in under two minutes. Here’s to my Taco Bell superhero—Alexandra, who deserves the title of "Employee of the Year" in my book! It’s refreshing to see that great customer service still exists. While doing that, I asked a young lady named Alexandra, who was working behind the counter, if she could pour me a drink because the one from the drive-thru was flat. I'm not sure if Alexandra is a manager, but if she isn’t, she definitely should be! Not only did she check the machine to confirm that it was flat, but she also informed me about it and managed to switch all the machines to fresh supply in under two minutes. The service is excellent, but the drive-thru line is always backed up down the main road past CVS, no matter what day it is. Be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes.
I wish it hadn't come to this, but the same mistake has occurred several times at this place. I order from here at least once all two weeks, and I have problems with my order. I replace the flesh in my command, in which rule, since most of my family are vegetarian by religious lusts. again and again this taco bell has fed my vegetarian family meat instead of beans, even if I made sure with the cashier that my order was replaced. I don't even get my full order recently. I'm sorry to have to go back again and again to either correct my order or ask for missing food. That's gonna be ridiculous. I even had times when I came in and gave my name for the order or I tell them which order I placed through the app and they ask me to show them the screen for my order. I show them the barcode to scan, and in the rule it is the same employee who grabs on me and says to show her the order itself and not the barcode that they can scan to check. That's gonna be ridiculous.
Great service, but drive thru line always wll the way down main road past cvs. no matter which day of the week it is. be ready to wait 20-30 minutes.
