The Bbq Depot - Bay Saint Louis

I ate here back in December and it was so good I was excited to get some when I visited again. I was looking forward to the covered tator tots and was so disappointed to see they shut down. Ugh

Did a Google search for banana pudding found this place. Upon arrival, we found out it hasn 't been on the menu for a couple of changes in management. Please get the banana pudding back if you want 5 stars... The ribs we shared were good. Fall off the bone as you pick the bone up. BBQ sauce was also good. We were told the beans had brisket in them, but looked like cut-up hot dog pieces to us. Tasted good tho I would get them again. Coleslaw was runny but had a good flavor. I would get everything I had again. Now that I own land in Bay St. Louis I will be stopping by occasionally in hope of the return of Banana Pudding during the development of my land. Looking forward to its return. Aparently, when it was on thr menu it was the #1 seller.

Ordered BBQ ribs and brisket. Ribs were fall off the bone tender, but tasteless, like a processed meat taste and fatty.. Seasoned with dry rub but even sauce on side didn't help much.. Brisket was DRY and tasteless. Cold slaw, well I have never seen huge pieces of cabbage. and way to sweet. Just a bad experience all together.. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This is some great BbQ. Ribs seasoned, moist, definitely fall off the bone. Brisket perfect mix of fat and meat. The sides were tasty, mac and cheese was particularly good. 5 sauces, all of them on the sweet side.

Rake of ribs were okay; BUT the brisket was extremely fatty and resembled “pulled/separated” w/a-lot of grease! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Recommended dishes: Fried Pickle
