Red Ochre Cafe - Bay Roberts

This place has it all! Great menu, great food, the North Shore is very fortunate to have this restaurant and it's worth a trip to eat here. The cheesecake is the best in Newfoundland and I've tried every flavor. Five stars!

I?m from Haliburton, Ontario and have a small home in Grates Cove. This is my favourite restaurant. The service, food and especially the cheesecakes Carol makes are Outstanding. Thank you for the friendly, excellent service.

I had the chicken tenders and fries, and they were simply amazing. You only really need three pieces; I ordered five and it was definitely too much. The tenders were made from pure boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into three pieces, and they were incredibly tender. The home fries were just as delicious. We left feeling very full. The service was excellent and quick as well. Thank you, Red Ochre. We'll definitely be back time and time again!

It's always worth the drive, and the food is consistently amazing! If you haven't visited Red Ochre Cafe yet, I highly recommend it!

What a fantastic spot to visit, whether you're arriving by car or biking along the nearby CBN Trailway. While they are famous for their cheesecake, their pub food is also highly praised. I highly recommend this place! I'll definitely be returning whenever I get the chance.
