Worst experience, cold food and rotten bones in the chicken. Employees are treated dreadfully and receive no breaks or discounts

This store is absolutely missed, the shift manager Jeremy doesn't even know how to greet customers and he's super rude and he serves me a wrong meal and act to rude

I've had the worst experience with KFC, I even emailed a complaint to the head office. First my grandmother passed and my brother ended up getting a 16 piece bucket there was alot of grease left in the bucket and we didn't even get good chicken BTW cost an arm and a leg to get it than I swear we got to the bottom and it was a good inch of grease in the bottom of the bucket. They didn't even shake the grease off! Than later that week my mom and I went and had those chicken burgers and fries for $12, they were burnt and I ended up waiting another 25 mins for another chicken buger and the lady after me wasn't even told that it will be a 25-30 minute wait just for a burger. It's supposed to be fast food not half hr food. I'm very disappointed with them here, they won't get another dollar off of me!

Was told I couldn't get a sandwich cause they didn't want to put any more down at 645pm
