Greco Pizza Xpress - Bay Roberts

I placed an order online at this pizza place and unfortunately, the experience quickly took a disappointing turn. After patiently waiting for 45 minutes, I received a call informing me that they didn't have one of the items I had ordered. Frustrated, I requested a minor substitution, hoping to salvage the situation, but was met with the discouraging news that my revised order would still take an additional 45 minutes to an hour to prepare.Finally, when the food did arrive, it was evident that the anticipation was far from worth it. The quality of the dishes was, at best, mediocre. The flavors lacked the expected zest and the overall presentation fell short of even modest expectations. From the crust to the toppings, everything seemed to lack the attention to detail that one would associate with a decent pizza joint.Regrettably, I cannot recommend this particular pizza place to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience. The combination of the initial delay, the subsequent elongated waiting time, and the underwhelming food quality left a lot to be desired. It's unfortunate when a dining outing fails to live up to even the most basic of expectations, and this establishment certainly missed the mark.

I ordered a pizza to be ready for my daughter's party at 3:30. When my boyfriend arrived, he found a long line of people waiting for ice cream, so he wasn’t sure if the pizza pick-up was handled separately. He approached the counter and waited for someone to assist him, but the young woman behind the counter looked right past him multiple times as if she didn’t see him. When he finally tried to get her attention, she rudely told him, “We don’t serve people who skip the line,” even though he was just trying to clarify the pizza situation. As a result, he missed half the party. It would have been much better if she had simply been polite and asked him to wait at the end of the line.

Placed an order online for pizza at 6:29 for a function. Approximately 20 minutes the order will be ready.when I showed up there was no pizza’s and I was informed they shut the ovens off a 7 on Sundays …..Not good enough! Heads up would have been appreciated not when I showed up!

Not sure how the pizza was . I am from New Brunswick here visiting. I ordered a pizza online the website shows it closes at 8. I received a reply confirmation of my order. I drove from Port de Grave to pick up my pizza. To a location that closes at 7 very unprofessional to have not updated your online info.

Crust was not fresh, more like a frozen pizza crust. Not even sure if it was 'Greco ' crust.Server was great.Ordered 2 ice cream in cups instead of cones, Charged $1 extra for each cup. I think that 's a bit much?.
