Last few times, I've had bad experiences : I've asked for avocado in my burrito twice, got no avocado at all both of those times, however I was charged for it. Another time, the cashier looked like she was barely getting trained at the job), charged me like $5 extra, but I didn't notice until I got home, so I didn't complain. The food still tastes good, really long wait times though they get busy). Customer service has changed, the environment is not really welcoming or friendly like it used to be, but it's a close restaurant to home so I still come here.
Nice ambiance, friendly servers, good food. Had my favorite dish, sopes. Would come here again.
The person who took our takeout order (I didn’t catch his name) was quite rude. We ordered scrambled eggs but received fried eggs instead, and the chorizo was burnt. Overall, the food was just mediocre.
I ordered an al pastor burrito, but the meat had more fat than actual meat, and it tasted unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend the al pastor. Other than that, I’ve been here a couple of times and the food has been good if you're really hungry.
The burrito was terrible—dry and lacking flavor. The tacos were similarly dry and tasteless. I’m not looking for a refund or free food, just sharing my honest opinion. I spent over $60 on three items, which feels outrageous.
