Domino's Pizza - Bay City

I just wanted to thank the crew in their kosciuszcko, bay City,MI store. there were some confusion at the end of the time I needed the 6 pizzas. they were right about it and had done it in time. Your chef's been messing up on a cheese pizza. He heard that it was for a party for both my children, so he throws it free. next time we need a pizza for a party, we go back to their Kosciuszcko shop.

The food at this restaurant was excellent! The staff was very friendly and efficient. The new location was clean and modern. It was a quick and easy dining experience. Overall, it was a great experience.

The pizza was not cooked thoroughly and still doughy, but it was decent. The garlic twists and cheese dip were excellent.

The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude when I called about a late order, said order was then marked as complete on the app nearly a half an hour before it arrived, and about an hour and a half after I placed it (my original estimated time was 20 minutes). The pizza and bread twists were cold and nobody was any help with the situation. I normally have no issues with this location, but today they got everything but my items wrong, had any effort been made to remedy the situation I’d blame it on a busy day.

The service here was fast and the young lady who took my order was very friendly. eating was good, but a little expensive for the specified amount. total clean building and beautiful small cozy waiting zone. I would recommend the chicken alfredo or the garlic knots.
