Chili's - Bay City

This is my final straw with Chili's. I was willing to give this place a third chance in hopes of getting decent service, but I was sorely disappointed. I came here hoping to enjoy a nice date with someone, but after sitting for 30 minutes without receiving our drinks—while others who arrived after us were already being served—we lost our appetite and decided to walk out. I won't be returning!
