Blossoms Asian Bistro - Bay City

The food was hot and very flavorful the wait staff was excellent we were definitely surprised by this unique dining experience we are going back for sure.

I have had Asian food at many different places and this is by far my all time FAVORITE! More than just your normal Chinese fare there is the best of all of Asia here. I encourage you to eat in as it definitely has the feel of a top end Chicago Bistro.

First time eating at Blossoms. Have gotten take out in the past and thoroughly enjoyed every morsel. Yesterday was no exception. The quality of the food was exceptional. My daughter treated me to dinner and neither of us are big eaters. After seeing how large the portions were we decided to split a dinner. Even then it was a nice portion delivered to our table on individual plates. Our wait person was friendly and attentive which to me makes the dining experience even better. We will definitely be back asi have to try the dessert.

After hearing so many great reviews from friends on this restaurant we decided to make the trip to try it out and we were not disappointed! Our server was tentative and very kind, the portions were big enough to take home to enjoy again later, atmosphere was upscale but relaxed and most of all our food was perfect! What stuck out to us the most was how quickly we were served our appetizers, meals, and waters refilled. Definitely our new favorite restaurant!

I'm from out of town, as per usual I order sushi from large towns every chance I get since my small town is lacking. This place is heaven! Order the Firecracker roll (small and hot alongside of the Under the Sea roll (AMAZING! Humungous, with coconut shrimp and seaweed salad! and tuna AND crab! WOW! Haven't had a roll like this in a very long time! Thank you sushi Chefs!
