Arby's - Bay City

Very nice old style Arby's. Friendly service and very quick service. Inside eating is now available. Prices are the norm as far as a little higher than some fast foods, but well worth it.

Always love Arby's great food and if my order is wrong the friendly staff members are there to make it all better. For example I order the $12 family pack and we got home with only sliders and are 2 big sandwiches where missing.. We called and they where very understanding and offered the 2 sandwiches and a free shake and thats what I call costumer service! Overall I give them 5/5 in taste 5/5 in service 3/5 for wait time. Overall I would give this place 5/5 Overall! Please stop by and grab some for yourself you won't regret it!

New marketfresh buffalo packaging ordered. it was very good. but they could have been more generous with the blue cheese. bathroom was clean as the dining room, but not immaculate. service was good to experience moderate waiting times with some customers. the music was acceptable, however, as loud as being obnoxic and making the conversation difficult. in the bathroom, the volume of music was naturally worse due to the acoustic properties (nearly painful). Edit: great work that adjusts this volume. very improved culinary experience.
