Cold Stone Creamery - Baxter

I went to the ice with my wife, we got a place that's locked up. the sign on the door says they open at 11 o'clock. the time is 12:31. we look up hours and it says they open at 16 o'clock. can they change the sign?

Always a great place to stop for a tasty. great service and prices. a lot of change.

Horrible customer service. Ordered online, when picked up, one person to pick up 4 cups of ice cream, with no lids, not in a bag and was sitting on counter melted like it had been sitting for awhile. No one to help either. Wasted money!

Cold stone is cold stone. It's good. However, this location always has melty ice cream and rude/dismissive employees. The experience of going here has not been pleasant in years which is kind of surprising due to the fact that it is still so busy on weekends.I would also like to point out the last time that I went here, about a week ago, one of the employees was not wearing a mask, had hair falling out of their pony (not sanitary around food), and was smacking gum. I was stunned by her attitude, only saying: What do you want and 11.50 Needless to say I won't be going back anytime soon...
