Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The food was good. We've been here often. The service ranges from great to mediocre depending on the employee serving you. Most are good. The only constructive criticism I have is that the floors in the bathroom feel like they were mopped with grease.

When you order a boneless wings meal a don’t get no sauce on your wings an hard wings at that it has been going down hill within the last year. Then to top it all off the person that takes your order starts laughing an tells you to hold on after nothing was said to much playing going on there to run a business I know it’s nice to cut up an have fun at work but there’s a time for it an it’s not while trying to take the customers order.

The lady behind the counter got my wife order wrong after taking it back 2 times.

Tiffany Peterson customer service was outstanding! She was very sweet, pleasant mannered when taking my order. She made sure my food was prepared hot and fresh the way I ordered it. She always asked if I needed anything else to come back to visit soon. An awesome worker I must say! :
