Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Baumholder! I came here on a Friday evening around 5pm and was glad that I did, because it started to fill up shortly after. I was on the hunt for local German fare after arriving here that week. This is a hotel right outside the Baumholder gate. Service was very friendly and prompt. I ordered and the food took awhile to come out- I shortly realized it's because the kitchen freshly prepares every order and puts time and great care in the presentation! The schnitzel was uh-mazing!!! Seriously, you can taste the quality!! I ordered dessert right after and that was delicious as well. I've been back on several occasions and have never been disappointed...even those who I've invited have loved the food as well, from the soups to the schnitzel! Oh and the best part? It's pet friendly, so you can bring your dog with you inside!! Double win!!
