Ondine - Baturaja

Fresh and delicious seafood. I recommend the seafood plate for exchange. It got a good amount of different types of seafood, including 4 large oysters, 2 huge scallops (big I have ever seen), 2 long, many shells and also crab legs. Her raw oysters were also very good, I prefer fried her. The fried Calamari was good, the Vietnamese sauce came with it has a strong smell. I wish I didn't order fried squid and spare space for desserts.

May be dramatic considering I’ve lived here my entire life but Ondine is one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Edinburgh. Wonderful service and gorgeous food that arrived very quickly after ordering. The restaurant itself has a really chill ambiance, I cannot wait to go back and try more items off the menu! 10/10 across the board!

After reading the reviews about odine, I was a little skeptical to come over lunch to celebrate my man's birthday. I shouldn't have been worried because it was a nice lunch! we were received and shown on our table and everything was very fast, efficient and as expected. the selection of the food was good and when our appetizers arrived, they were delicious, although one of them 2 scallops) was quite a small part of the price! our main course was also delicious, healed and tartaric acid.) the service was friendly and overall we had a good time. is it expensive for what they get? yes, but the ambiente is good and for a special occasion, I would say it is probably one of the top restaurants we ate in edinburgh!

This is more stylish and elegant than the majority of Edinburgh restaurants; somewhere to impress a guest. The cooking matches this, with its elegant presentation, and the fixed price two= or three-course menu represents excellent value. It is primarily a fish restaurant, and that is what people go for.
