If you want good customer services and delicious food. Guys they can understand English. You are in the right place. Not only that, the show is amazing with beautiful band for singing or band for dancing. I just tried few things and probably I will repeat that abd tried new things. People of Batumi customer services is first then others. Smiling will not kill you . For sure, I will visit them. Wow unbelievable

We popped into the restaurant in the afternoon for a quick lunch. Unfortunately, the waiting time for meals was very long. We waited almost an hour for french fries. We didn't get the steak at all. We gave up on the steak because of the assurances of the staff that it would be ready in a maximum of 5 minutes. Unfortunately, was much longer. Big plus for a place and the view from restaurant is amazing.

View and location are nice. It’s a trap, don’t go there. Run away if you’ve just sat down and still waiting for a menu. RUN AWAY. This place underlines that Batumi is a vibrant town where nothing is the same the next time you visit. I’ve been here around three years ago and returned on purpose on July 26th, 2021. It is utterly disgusting now. Barbecue meat is overcooked and made anywhere but not on grill. Meat quality is questionable. I love barbecue but I could not handle a single piece. Waiters chose to do nothing even when challenged, and still included it into the bill. Soup is just mediocre and not worth the space in your belly. Eggplants with walnuts is it even possible to make this wrong? Over fried and peppered so much that it is barely eatable. Service is extremely slow (really). Go away now, don’t waste your time in Georgia on bad food and careless service.
