Luca Polare - Batumi

Good brand but the staff working there need the management to look for their attitude with customers ?!!!

The ice-cream is great, However, and unfortunately, there seems to be a big need to train all luca polare staff to respect their customers, smile and greet them, and then serve them in the way they deserve without pre- judging them based on their clothes, color, race or gender. This is my fourth time in Georgia, luca polare is one of my daily destinations in all of these trips. I even thought of asking to get the franchise in my home country. But, with this way of treating customers, luca polare will be significantly impacted. This review is not for this branch only. That's my overall assessment for all branches in both Tbilisi and Batumi.

I would rate the Nutella ice cream 4 out of 5 stars. It was very sweet and could be even better if paired with other flavors.

This adorable restaurant is located right by the beach. You can enjoy your coffee with a beautiful view from their terrace or even from the beach itself. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they offer decaf coffee which was perfect for me. They also seem to have a great selection of ice cream. The only drawback is that there is no ramp for baby strollers, making it a bit difficult to enter with one.

The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious. They also have a selection of pastries and coffee. Additionally, there is a small seating area for customers who prefer to dine in.
