Happy Family - Battle Ground

This has always been great place to eat, used to have great people food. But within last 6 months or so, new help has deteriorated quality. Wrong orders. Is it chef or person behind counter who picks up food for take-outs? Receipt shows correct order. Food received was wrong. This time it contained food I'm allergic to. Wrong order contained noodle, chicken mushroom entree that had 95% noodle, 3 small strips of chicken 3 mushroom halves. Allergy to mushrooms. But such small pieces of chicken? Very disappointed in how this restaurant is heading.

I'm done. Been going here for years, but I'm tired of every time being shorted something that I ordered. Mistakes happen, but not consistently. Take out is expensive anymore and I shouldn't have to go thru every box and bag to determine I have what I ordered every time. For example last time it was missing order of pot stickers and it almost was again this time too. While catching pot stickers issue I missed that they did not give me our hot and sour soup. ? Back in the day you were good. You lost a long time customer.

Horrible experience. Went in my family. Walked in and wasn't greeted. Was told to sit anywhere. We sat down and no menus were given. Finally someone came up to bring us water and tea. Told us it's lunch menu only. We spent 20minutes deciding and know one came back to help us. Then another worked finally came up to us and we went to order and was told it's dinner time. So we had to order something else at this point 30mins later we just got up and left. Worst experience ever, we then went to burger King and recieved 100% better service then this place. Never going here again

I love this place. Food is always amazing and the bartender is even better. She is super sweet and is on top of your orders. As soon as my drink was out she had another one on it’s way.

I would like to respond to Jeremy and Alice’s review. I was a customer waiting for my food witnessing their out of control phone calls. (They called 3 times) I could hear the fowl language and harsh words they were screaming at the lady trying to help them. They were screaming about not finding a menu online. They were completely out of line and have the nerve to leave this review. The waitress was very professional and didn’t deserve to be treated like that. No one does, fyi next time you’re in the area grab a menu.
