Serious Dogs - Battle Creek

Food is delicious. If only they actually give you what you order. I have ordered take out about half a dozen times and every time has been increasingly wrong. This time we got someone else's large order instead of ours. Get it together. We want to love this.

Came in after the remodel. Had a burger and tots. Loved it. Both were excellent. The service was extremely good as well. The new remodel looks clean and well done. And they have a good selection of beers on tap and full bar. Definitely a great add to the city.

Chicago Style Hotdog and FriesI was disappointed when I opened the bag and saw how many french fries I received for $2.99. It wasn't enough to fill the container they put them in. It was several weeks before I could return to show them the picture I took 10 minutes after I left there. In the back they thought it was funny and were laughing. I was told it was nothing they could do because it had been too long. That was my first time there and my last. I consider it POOR customer service for a fair amount of fries!!
