I don't know what happened to this restaurant. the young man who took my order and worked the window deserves 5 stars. but eating was terrible, I should have taken it back, but had no time. I ordered the hush puppy scarf combination. $7.99 1) the garnel was not smiling popcorn. 2) and overcooked. 3) the 2 hush puppies looked like fried oysters and mushy and overcooked. the keks was good, but the side of the red beans and rice was dry? I know it's still hard to get help, but the cooking staff was obviously not properly trained. will not go back for a past.

A little less than 13 dollar on a 5 piece chicken delicate meal. fries were not crispy and the chicken was overcooked and super small. it was my first and last time to get popeye’s.

Menu board still doesn't work like tim d, specified in the previous review. I've read reviews while I've been waiting for that I've almost gone and this service was sssllloow. the food was fresh and tasty because it was made during the waiting. 4 pieces eating, not a honey?. worker was nice and better than kalamazoo popeyes. pity to popeyes that their business doesn't work properly.

Much better than both the battle creeks KFC restaurants. also much better than battle creeks chic-fil-a. the waiting time is not worth more than 10 minutes. for fast eating it is kind of expensive, but soo worth it! they pack all sauces without asking!

We tried Popeye's Chicken for the first time this year. Boy have we been missing out on some good chicken! I don't understand why they don't have root beer as a fountain drink choice or orange they have some type of strawberry soda that I'm sure doesn't sell well. I've tried their mashed potatoes and the Cole slaw both delicious. Their biscuits are really good, too. The only problem we have had is understanding the staff at the Columbia Rd. Location in Battle Creek. While they are all professional, they have thick accents. I was a teacher for 30 years so I'm pretty good with accents, but I struggle to understand a couple staff members. We have returned and eaten there a few times. We get the mild chicken acid reflux dictates mild. We will definitely be back for more chicken!
