Little Caesars Pizza - Battle Creek

The manager was rude and confrontational, making me feel reminiscent of my days working in food service—dismissed and ignored. She insisted that my complaints couldn’t possibly be valid since they hadn’t been open for long. I truly hope someone advocates for the staff, as they work incredibly hard and deserve respect. The pizza was drenched in grease, almost as if it had been deep-fried, and left a mess on the paper towel. Even the smallest bites were unappealing. I took a taste and regretted my decision immediately.

I had been feeling let down by this restaurant recently, but they've really turned things around! If you felt the same way as I did and had stopped giving them a chance, it's time to reconsider. With new management in place, extended hours, and an improved team, my experience was much better. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pizzas were made perfectly.

My fiancée called 20 to 30 minutes before closing time, and the person on the phone assured her that our food would be ready in 15 to 30 minutes. We arrived just before closing, only to be denied service because they were already closed. This was frustrating, especially since we had confirmed our order and discussed a time frame with their staff.

It can't be good, but it's hot, and it's ready. Just reason his not 5 stars is because the pizza is no more $5. But Little Caesars still has pizzas in the hut.
