Arlene's Truck Stop - Battle Creek

We had a fantastic first visit as a family and absolutely loved the food! We’re already looking forward to our next trip!

I've lived in the Kalamazoo area for 20 years and never realized that this truck stop had a restaurant! I stumbled upon their Facebook page and saw several posts about their secret menu, which prompted me to visit. I've been there a few times now, and each meal has been fantastic. It's one of the last remaining mom-and-pop diners, and this place truly is a treasure. The food is always hot, delicious, and prepared in-house. They regularly change their specials and desserts, and the prices are very reasonable. It's always bustling with customers, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. This has quickly become my new favorite diner!

Best hash browns I've ever had. Most hash browns are over cooked. These were slightly under perfectly cooked not brown. You could taste the buttery goodness.

The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was quick. I had breakfast for lunch, and it was more than enough to keep me satisfied for the rest of the day!

The food was good and there was plenty of it. The waitress was very personal and good. I would recommend it to anyone.
