Papa Johns Pizza - Baton Rouge

Avoid this place at all costs! I had a terrible experience. They didn't send my entire order, and items were missing. When I called the restaurant, I was told it would take 15 to 20 minutes to resolve. Two hours later, after making two more calls, they made me feel like I was the problem and hung up on me when I asked for a refund. When my order finally arrived, the remaining items were cold. It's clear that the employees don't care about customer service at all, and it's painfully obvious.

I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. I ordered a large pizza and a 2-liter drink. While I received my food, my drink never arrived. After calling to inquire, they told me it would be delivered, but two hours later, I still hadn’t received it. I called again, and they informed me that they would refund my money. I can’t speak for the entire chain, but the service at this location on Florida Blvd in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is the worst.

The pizza was delicious, but it took a full hour for my food to arrive. They left it on the floor of the veranda without knocking or announcing their arrival.

My pizza was too late over an hour, it was cold, not cut, and as usual they were not the peperchinos I had ordered. I called out when the order would be delivered and said she was already left. I asked if it would be hot and was said I didn't know. to whom I answered, I would call back if it wasn't. I called back and they refused to answer the phone. this load was earlier better!

I called the pizza place 10 different times and haven’t received any update on the status of my delivery. It’s been way longer than an hour and I only ordered two items. Poor service.
