Papa Johns Pizza - Baton Rouge

Ive been waiting over an hour for my pizza order that I placed online. No one answers any of the lines at the store so I can get an update. Unacceptable! Never again, Papa Johns!

From out of town, staying at a hotel. Ordered 1 pizza and 1 two liter of soda. Got a pizza and no soda. Poor delivery guy said that he was sub-contracted by doordash and wasn't given a soda. Who do I even complain to? Poor service from the store itself. 50% of order correct.

I ordered at 6. Pizza was to be delivered in 90 minutes and it only took 60 minutes. Delivery driver was well dressed and seemed to take pride in her job. She was very friendly as well, which seems to be the exception these days instead of the rule like when I was growing up!!!Tipped her twice so she would know she was appreciated. The pizza’s were delicious and hot! I had a great experience!! Will order again!

Calling out 7569 Jefferson hwyNo one answers a phone. This is the 2nd time I gave it a try after temperatured issue meal, as long as missing drink.Pretty sure door dash isn't working, or night shift isn't.Nothing wrong with the quality, just the temp and missing drinks...repeated.Basically I didn't get the Papa bundle

I only write this pizza joint as a star, because there was no possibility of pressing a star. I called a pizza, but because I was hanged twice, I decided to go to the shop and order a pizza. at my arrival at 1:20 a.m. I saw that a guy standing in front of the door was knocked repeatedly. I asked my daughter to order a pizza. When I looked out of the car, I saw my daughter trying to open the door, but she was locked and she was also knocking before. after receiving no recognition from the employees in more visible manner, she returned to the car. I then tried to enter the load by knocking on the door, all three hired looked at me through the glass and went on to continue with the business. in unbelieving I decided to start video taping. a kerl moved into the parking lot and approached the door. I immediately told him they didn't get to the door. then he knocked and to my surprise they immediately opened the door. I followed behind him and immediately asked why the door was opened for him and not me. I asked if the manager I then realized was one of the workers who saw me at the door and didn't open it. they went on to give ten thousand excuses, why they didn't open the door and asked me rudely if I wanted to order. of course I said no. Finally, what quality of the pizza I could really expect at this time from a manager who obviously did not seem to care about the customer service. this load could really use a total staff cabinet.
