Jazz Daddy's - Baton Rouge

I travel frequently for work and try to avoid chain restaurants. I first visited this restaurant a couple of years ago and recently returned while in the area. The food is excellent and the atmosphere inside is pleasant. It may take a bit longer to be served, but it is certainly worth the wait. Quality food requires time and patience. If you're in a rush, opt for fast food, but if you want a fantastic dining experience, this is the place to be. I would give the food a perfect rating of 5 out of 5.

The wait for food was lengthy and the service was very poor, as I was unable to get a refill. My order was mixed up with someone else's before they finally found and gave me the correct dish, which unfortunately contained tomatoes that I had mentioned being allergic to. To top it off, the burger was priced at $16. I suggest skipping this restaurant.

I arrived at 3:15 and was told by the woman that the restaurant was closed, even though the website indicated they close at 4:00. The food was rated 1 out of 5.

Yummy! Good food and good service. Reasonably priced poboys. I will return and get the Roast Beef poboy.

If I could give it I would. The shrimp poboy was the worst I ever eaten. if it had breading on the fried shrimp Poboy it must've Fallen off in the fryer. it had no seasoning whatsoever and it had lettuce and tomato only. This was my first and last time ever eating at this dump and I will recommend to all do not go there and eat
