Fiery Crab Seafood Restaurant And Bar

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was unhelpful, and the portion sizes for the platters were quite small. While the food tasted good, it didn’t match the quality of our first visit. When I ordered the $46 snow crab platter, I received only two potato pieces the size of golf balls, one piece of corn, and just two thin slices of sausage. I asked to speak with the manager, who simply told me, "That's how it comes." I won’t be returning, and I recommend avoiding this place during slow periods, as the service and quality seem to suffer.

I want to begin by praising Miss Sabrina for her excellent service. I visited this place for a drink after a long day at work, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The manager was friendly, but the outstanding customer service from Miss Sabrina truly stood out. Despite being busy with many drink orders, she ensured I received exceptional service. I will definitely return to this location in the next couple of months while I travel. I didn't order any food this time, but I look forward to trying the boiled seafood on my next visit. Thank you again, Miss Sabrina!

I ordered a fish po' boy and received a sandwich with just half a tomato and bland fries. It was absolutely disappointing! When I asked the lady at the front counter, who took my to-go order, for more seasoning, she returned with a tiny cup that they normally use for ketchup!

The service was incredibly poor. The seafood pasta was bland and lacked seasoning. I had to send the crab cakes back because they were burned and covered in sauce. The #1 combo, which was supposed to be extra hot, tasted more like mild. Overall, everything was a disappointment. Our server was not engaging and seemed indifferent. Normally, I believe in leaving a tip regardless of the service, but in this case, we all agreed that it just wasn't warranted.

The experience was a mix of good and bad. We were seated quite quickly despite it being rush hour, but unfortunately, our waitress completely ignored us and didn't acknowledge our presence at all. Fortunately, the manager noticed this and intervened to resolve the situation. After that, the service improved, and the food was fantastic. If you're a seafood lover, this is definitely the place to be!
