Cc's Coffee House - Baton Rouge

This café offers the finest coffee and creamers in town! The baristas are exceptional—welcoming, attentive, and always willing to thoroughly explain how each drink is made. The person who trained them in customer service and handling challenging situations deserves high praise! The only downside is its location near Airline Highway, which can be quite noisy, occasionally making the drive-thru ordering process a bit tricky.

I had an experience at the drive-thru with Jordan, who has dark hair tied back in a ponytail and some impressive tattoos on her arms. Unfortunately, her attitude was rather unpleasant, and I don't believe she is well-suited for customer service at the window.

Tae did an incredible job with my vanilla caramel hot latte! I truly appreciate it. I’m in town visiting a sick family member, and it was a delight to stop in for one of my favorite drinks. It was absolutely perfect! You really brightened my day—thank you so much! Wishing you all the best!

I've always encountered friendly staff at this place. I usually order a tall iced latte with almond milk, and they consistently deliver great quality! The outdoor seating and wheelchair ramp make it very accessible. It's a fantastic spot for studying or hanging out with friends.

The king cake latte would have been fantastic if it had matched the photo. Personally, I prefer the one at PJ's. This latte only had cinnamon sprinkled on top. On the positive side, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly.
