This quiet village pub in the day is a lively, welcoming pub in the evening.

Best fish and chips I have had for a long time! Good attentive staff without being intrusive

Lovely pub. Good quality food. Its nothing special but in a good way! Have always had consistently tasty meals. Not loud atmosphere just the general hubbub of people eating in a restaurant. I would say its nice and warm but we went last on an evening when the boiler had broken apparently which put a bit of a chill on proceedings. Had open fires thankfully! Otherwise would recommend without question. Will go again, as have done on a few other occasions already. One of our favourites
